Did you know that Pennies for Peace (P4P) was started by students? In fact, the very first P4P donation came from a group of elementary school students from Wisconsin, and with that contribution, P4P was born!

We believe that no matter how big or small you are, you can make a difference in other’s lives. When you participate in P4P, you will learn about the rewards of sharing and working together to bring hope and education to children, especially girls, in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Tajikistan—where just a few pennies buys a pencil and opens the door to literacy!
